ISI provides Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design using ACCEL EDA® and SPECCTRA® software. These software packages offer integrated schematic and printed circuit board layout with .DXF and EDIF exchange formats.
Capacity is virtually unlimited with boards of up to 60 x 60 inches and up to 99 active layers per board. Following the design and customer signoff, ISI will build up prototype or full production runs of circuit board assemblies.
ISI uses Altium Designer software for electronic designs. This premium tool combines Schematic, ECAD Libraries, Rules & Constraints, BOM, Supply Chain Management, ECO Processes and World-Class PCB Design tools in one easy to use package. Altium imports from, and exports to the 3D SolidWorks® CAD package that ISI uses for Mechanical designs.

ISI uses SolidWorks® 3D CAD software for mechanical and electro-mechanical designs. This premium package allows us to rapidly create parts, assemblies, and drawings for our customers. By incorporating advanced photorealistic rendering, we can ensure that a client’s product “vision” becomes “reality”. The SolidWorks® solution seamlessly interfaces with our electronic CAD package, Altium Designer, which is the current state-of-the-art circuit board design software.

ISI manufacturing efforts are merely an extension of the engineering philosophy. We can build, service, and test our designs -- period.
We manufacture a quality industrial controller, the ISI-300, which can be PC-based distributed control or stand-alone. It has proven itself reliably in many of our systems integration successes to date.
Custom hardware designs are also sought, although we strive to furnish acceptable solutions with existing, proven products -- no matter who the manufacturer is. “Reinventing the wheel” is not a phrase in our vocabulary.
As an OEM, ISI will not only build the prototype units, but will also furnish product ranging from small lots through large-scale manufacturing endeavours. With key alliances to circuit board assembly firms and metal-working companies, ISI can focus on engineering and monitor the end product through quality and test procedures.
Qualified assemblers produce all of ISI’s industrial control panels. Because we are often on service calls in “down equipment” situations, we understand the need for accurate documentation and clean designs, including component placement and wiring particulars. Our focus for industrial control panels is on quality.
